More
than 2,100 participant places were taken up this year in primary
schools across North Powys. The mediums used to produce a wide
range of art and craft work were as diverse as ever –
cane & tissue work, animation, bench making, portrait painting
and mosaic were this year’s popular choices.
Many
positive comments such as ‘The artist was excellent, the
children learnt so much and had so much enjoyment from the sessions’
were received from schools in their evaluation reports .
Demand
for this project now far exceeds what we are able to provide
.
